Kentucky State Fair

We recently got to spend the day at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville. I had planned to take the kids as a field trip for school but had not purchased a ticket for Todd to go with us. Then he ended up working all weekend before the fair, so he got some comp time off. So, he was actually able to go with us to the fair! The weather was very hot, but aside from that we had a wonderful day! It's always nice to do something fun together as a family. Several of our friends also went to the fair that day, so that was a fun treat too! Here are some pictures from our day.
